Sneak-Peek : A jungle safari

 This is an amazing safari room designed by interior designers of the leading French Kids Furniture Company "Vibel". This room reminds me of my professor at Raheja School of Architecture. We were discussing themes for Children's room and I said that Jungle theme was quite popular. He was not happy..he was like...why would a kid want to live in a jungle ...give them something playful and nice. I bet he will change his opinion taking a peek into this room.

A bed at floor level allows eary access to a toddler. The protective bars allow small children to sleep in perfect safety. The fun canopy gives the feeling of a safari tent! The Bed is a regular sized and shaped bed, which will see the kid from toddler to teen.

A corner for playing and reading on the floor, and a wide table top with clever little storage spaces invite the child to vary his/her activities so as to develop the imagination and create clear zones.

The combination of several storage units with doors and drawers allows you to tidy away toys and clothes by using every corner of the room. For a maximum use of the available space! And the space along the bed side is ideal for tucking away favourite toys, books and little treasures.

The association of wallpaper with zebra skin or ethnic patterns and a red tainted hardwood parquet combined with the bed fabric resembling a bush tent to create a genuine safari atmosphere.

With the right accessories and warm natural colours of the Jungle the  designer has recreated the atmosphere of a bush camp with its tent and mosquito net. The room is all set for adventures and imagination. What could be more magical than the sun setting in the bush after a hot day spent on a photo safari?
